The Community Preservation Coalition is working to pass SB 90 - An Act to Sustain Community Preservation - which will stabilize and strengthen the Community Preservation Act.
The bill cleared an important hurdle on November 12, 2009, when the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Business gave it a favorable recommendation. The bill now moves forward to the House Ways and Means Committee.
