We are curious to know if other communities are funding Historic Preservation Projects while State approval for their restrictions is pending or does funding only happen after approval has been received? How are you preparing Historic Preservation Projects for the approval process? Are you providing them with a model of the information needed by the state? Are they required to apply for state approval of their preservation restriction while their application for CPA funds is pending?
