Mobile homes in Peabody,Ma are almost vintage,certainly the last of really affordable homes. Are they eligible for loans to help preserve their homes?

Hi Keith, We do the one required hearing sometime before Town meeting as well. Since all of our regular meetings are posted in Town Hall and announced well in advance on our website, most folks know that they can just drop by at any meeting and give us input. We actually hold off on our "recommendations" to town meeting though until we have had our Public Informational hearing. It gives us a chance to gauge the feelings of the voters.
