Does anyone know if a purchase, such as a computer, exclusively for use by the CP committee, is an allowable use of CPA administrative funds? We want to get our CP committee Sec/Treasurer a laptop to take minutes on, process project applications, and do correspondence with. Our Town Accountant says that DOR told her this wasn't an allowable use. Anyone have any advice or info?
