A developer, Winter Hollow Realty Trust of Framingham, MA is proposing to build 23 Senior Housing Units on 8 acres of land off of Winter Street in Ashland Ma. The proposed development would be located across from the Ashland Town Forest, abut the Ashland Fish and Game, and destroy an existing portion of the Bay Circuit Trail. Winter Street is also declared a "Scenic Way" by the town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to effectively coordinate our opposition efforts?
