Yes, that would be an allowable use of CPA funds. The Town of Bedford has paid for a grant writer out of their CPA housing funds because the person is going to work with them on housing fundraising. You may do that, or pay from the admin funds if you'd like the person to do more general CPA work. It's definitely a good idea to try to leverage CPA funds with additional grants. In the comming weeks, I will be adding info to this website about various grant programs that can match CPA funds.
