The Town Of Bedford has handled this stiuation in the past by reserving money to purchase a set list of properties listed in the warrant article. The Town of Bedford as also written an warrant article that expressed. To purchase a duplex to convert into affordable housing. We are not sure where the property is, but the town knows what the purpose is. Check to see if your town has used a similar wording in the past.
