If a town chose to go with 80% Open Space 10% Affordable Housing 10% Historic Preservation then could items such as appraisals, surveys, secretarial support, etc. be taken from the Open Space appropriation or would you have to have a seperate "Administrative" appropriation. The the formula might be, for example,75% Open Space, 10% Affordable Housing, 10% Historic Preservation, & 5% Administrative.
