When I visited the Acton CPC, they asked if swords, cannons, and other historic items might be considered. I brought this idea to the Bedford CPC. We ran through many of the difinitions about what counts and what doesn't count. The general feeling was "if it is a permanent item it would count". Therefore, cemented in place cannons, church bells, would count. But not documents, swords, and our beloved BEDFORD FLAG.
