Meet the New Communications Director at the Community Preservation Coalition

Chase Mack Joins Coalition as Communications DirectorMar. 3, 2016: The Community Preservation Coalition is pleased to introduce our new Communications Director, Chase Mack. Chase comes to us from the Beacon Hill Civic Association where he acted as the Assistant to the Executive Director at the organization’s office in Boston. His work included actively addressing concerns from Beacon Hill residents and working with the local community towards the preservation of the neighborhood as a National Historic District.

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Chase moved to Massachusetts in 2014. He now resides in the Davis Square area of Somerville. In summer of 2015, Chase completed his MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier where his studies were focused on short fiction and interactive storytelling.

With his extensive communications experience and background in the nonprofit sector, Chase is an exciting addition to the Community Preservation Coalition team. In his role as Communications Director, Chase will primarily be designing and maintaining the Community Preservation Coalition website and managing our electronic newsletters that go out to all CPA members throughout the year. He will also be assisting in supporting the community outreach, lobbying, and advocacy efforts as our team continues to work with local governments and Coalition partners.
