The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is planning to use CPA funding to expand and historically renovate their existing property at 116 Norfolk Street. The current building, a former convent, contains 37 single-room occupancy (SRO) units. The CHA is proposing to reconfigure those units into studio apartments and to build a rear addition to create up to a total of 62 studio apartments under the provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO).
