Lake Terrace Apartments, Chatham

This community housing project in Chatham was a joint project of the Chatham Community Preservation Committee, the Chatham Housing Authority, Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, and The Community Builders, Inc. Approximately $375,000 in CPA funds were leveraged to bring in a total of $9M to create 50 affordable housing units. The project consisted of 47 rental units affordable to several income tiers - households earning up to 30, 50, and 60% of the area wide median income (AMI). In addition, three single-family homeownership units were constructed by Habitat for Humanity for households with incomes up to 80% AMI. This project brought Chatham's Subsidized Housing Inventory level up to 4.87%.
