Project Summary:    Master plan to review all aspects of North             Andover’s historic preservation efforts including         assets, processes, and procedures in accordance         with the Master Plan      Key Points:        Grant match to an application to Mass Historic Commission (not a 50/50 split) Strategy point from the 2018 Town Master Plan Intended to give a full 360-degree view of all historic procedures, policies and commissions Will result in report with key assets to protect.
