These funds were used to perform extraordinary repairs to the Municipal Building envelope. Repairs included the replacement of two roofs on the Cary Memorial Building, the restoration of ornamental fans on the exterior of Cary and the replacement of three copper valleys on the Town Office Building. Funds were also used to hire an architect to fully document the buildings.
