Purchase of a 30-acre open space parcel. The project was done in cooperation with Westhampton, and allowed for land protection on both sides of the town line; 30 in Northampton and 57 in Westhampton. Purchase of the Westhampton parcel was not possible without purchase of the Northampton parcel. Seller: John F. Skibiski Realty Partnership. NOTE ABOUT CR: This restriction only covers the 30 acres of this project in Northampton. The 57acres of this project located in Westhampton are note covered in this CR.
