This appropriation partially funds the restoration and reconstruction of the Town Landing on Old Dock Rd. The project entails dismantling and rebuilding the stacked granite walls that encompass the landing and side slopes, which are collapsing, shifting, and leaning seaward. The restoration will comply with ADA and MAAB requirements, as well as the Sec. of the Interior's Standards for the treatment of historic properties.
