Glovers Brook currently has a large build-up of silt & sand & is vegetated by invasive, non-native species. By removing the invasive plant life & the silt and sand built up, the water source will be allowed to breathe & healthy vegetation & water life will thrive & clearer water will enter our water system. The installation of a silt basin will give the silt a place to settle preventing further build-up.
