For the purpose of funding an affordable housing retention program to protect affordable housing units by creating permanent deed restrictions. The original appropriation in April 2008 was in the amount of $170,000. The CPC recommended at the April 2010 Town Meeting that the Town transfer $129,383 from the Retention Fund to the Development Fund. Therefore, the net of this appropriation to the Retention Fund is $40,617
