Restore and rehabilitate Newton's 1932 City Hall, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Initial funding included $119,400 for historic window restoration, $150,660 for restoration of the building's balustrade and cupola, and $121,200 for restoration of historic light fixtures in the main corridors of City Hall.
