As part of the Town’s Open Space and Master Plans, the Conservation Commission will hire a registered forester through the Mass. Dept. of Conservation and Recreation Forest Stewardship Program. The forester will develop a long-term plan that preserves and protects the Town’s forested property within the Conservation Commission’s jurisdiction, for public open space recreation, education and wildlife and woodland protection.
