This replenishes the existing Community Housing Program Fund for "the acquisition, creation, preservation, and support of community housing in the Town of Acton." $40,000 of this 2019 CPC appropriation was used for the 2020 Housing Production Plan. $75,000 of 2019 appropriation used for local share for Acton Housing Authority for pre-development costs for 31 units for seniors and disabled.
