This project includes replacing 3 deteriorated tennis courts with 2 stand-alone tennis courts and one tennis backboard, 4 new dedicated pickleball courts, and one reconstructed basketball court. All courts will be constructed of post-tensioned concrete, include new posts, nets, black vinyl perimeter fencing, and 2 playground basketball systems. The project will comply with all ADA/MAAB rules and regulations.
