In addition to the restoration of the gravestones/monuments, this project also includes a condition assessment that will document the history, significance, and condition of approximately 300 gravestones/monuments in Bay View Cemetery located in the Waquoit Historic District of Falmouth. Included in the assessment will be preservation procedures and project costs required to do the actual work of restoring and preserving the individual gravestones/monuments.
