This proposal seeks to remove the pavilion on the lower level of Groff Park and to replace it with a prefabricated one similar to the new pavilion near the spray park and playground. The current pavilion is at least 30 years old and is becoming unsafe for public use in one of the most widely used recreation areas in the Town.
