To finance a portion of the Somerville Housing Authority's project to redevelop its Clarendon Hill development. A total of 591 new units on the site will replace 216 deeply affordable public housing units, build 80 new affordable units, and 223 units of market rate housing. CPA funds will support Phase 1, which includes 38 new affordable units and 130 replacement units.
