Funds will be used towards the third and final phase of the Gardner Renovation Project. Shade trees, additional planted islands, additional seating, a gate, part of a walkway, and signage are all included in this appropriation. The new Gardner Playground will be a universally designed playground for children and caregivers of all abilities.
