Hale Farm was nominated to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The goal of the project is to provide increased programming both inside the house and on the property by making multiple improvements to the grounds such as: extension of a stone wall, replacement of metal fencing, repair the porch railing, replacement of a picket fence, and replacing displaced trees.
