Preserve, stabilize and repair the historic bell tower, to include roof repair, replacement of rotting roof timbers, adding insulation and replacing shingling on the bell tower, front gable and south wall. Repair and preserve exterior masonry, replace rotted wood trim and other decay/rot areas, paint exterior trim.
