Expand and improve the existing wood pier at the Dias Landing and install new floating docks. Improvements will raise the pier and with the addition of floating docks, enable safe use of the pier at changing water levels. The project will expand the capacity for seasonal small boat slips. The project will also expand capacity for the storage of dinghy’s and personal watercraft such as kayaks. The expanded pier and floating docks will also include space for a dedicated drop-off and pick-up area. A feasibility study funded by the MA Seaport Economic Council Grant endorsed the expansion potential for the Dias Landing pier.
