CPA Projects – Detailed Report

The funding will be used for the planning and redesign of the Temple Street Park, a park located in a central west neighborhood off of Route 9, with future playground to offer new playground equipment and surfacing, various amenities, and increased accessibility and safety.  This design phase will include a site assessment and review of conditions, schematic design alternatives and cost estimates, as well as community outreach and participation, for an updated, accessible park and playground.  This project to plan for the future redevelopment of a deteriorated and unsafe park and playground at the Temple Street Park will ultimately revitalize the park and expand recreational offerings to an underserved community to meet their recreation needs.
