Make critical improvements and repairs to the Lynch Park Carriage House. These repairs will be in line with the Conditions Assessment & Treatment Plan that was funded by the CPC and prepared in 2018. Work being done is to provide structural support to the northerly portion of the building, now the garage section and various exterior and interior work as prescribed by Phases I and II of the plan.
