CPA Projects – Detailed Report

For phase one of the Sanford Mill Park project to convert a 4+ acre Charles River-front Conservation land lot back into a park, canoe launch and amphitheater - historic uses of this parcel.  The project will involve a healthy mix of volunteerism, DPW assistance and maybe a couple of other appropriations in the future.
