Purchase and preserve approximately 21 acres of open space at Kesseler Woods, through a combination of City ownership and conservation restrictions. All CPA funding was counted for open space, but together the City's bidding agreement and special permit required its private partner's multifamily development to include 13 units of affordable housing for households at or below 50, 65 and 80 percent of area median income. Additional restrictions recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds: conservation restriction, 3 April 2006, book 47213, page 317; conservation restriction, 3 April 2006, book 47213, page 328; conservation restriction, 2 March 2015, book 64987, page 546.
