The re-development of this Concord Avenue site will provide 14 units of permanent, affordable, supportive housing to homeless individuals. Heading Home, Inc., the non-profit developer of the site, has worked extensively with the Cambridge Historic Commission to ensure that the exterior renovations will restore the building to its original design.

For a conceptual update of planned rehabilitation requirements for Hadley Town Hall, a historic building.

For investments in rental properties (septic replacement, code-related improvements, inspectional fees, consulting services, and attorney review) to develop into four units of affordable housing.

For consulting services to investigate the feasibility of a condominium buy-down program in Holliston.
