To assist the Martha's Vineyard Museum Corporation in funding the restoration of the Marine Hospital roof

This project was revoted at Town Meeting to allow Island Housing Trust to administer the program. The initial project (2010), was reported on the CP3 as cancelled but was erroneously not re-entered as a 2013 project in progress.

To support energy-efficient construction of affordable housing for West Tisbury residents with incomes at or below 100% of the area median income.

Purchase and development of congregate housing for six men who have low incomes and were formerly homeless.

Replacement of the historic barn doors at the Agricultural Hall.

For future use toward affordable housing opportunities: search, pre-development, legal fees associated with such, and various other affordable housing causes that meet CPA guidelines.

Development of six affordable ownership homes on Greenwood Avenue in the Town of Tisbury for moderate income families, earning 80-100% of the area wide median income. Local preference will be offered to one (1) West Tisbury resident either living or working in town at the initial lottery.

Refurbishing of the playing fields behind the school and of the existing basketball court.

To fund ADA compliant handicap pathways, parking and signage with some landscaping included.

To support the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority's Rental Conversion Program

Project to replace an existing portion of the playground with preparation and installation of a comprehensive array of new equipment.

45000 to assist the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School in funding a renovation of their Track and Field Facility

Assist in funding 6 affordable housing rental units for individuals making 60% or less of the area wide median income. In exchange for funding, one unit will be rented to a qualified individual working in or for the Town of West Tisbury

To support purchase and renovation of a six unit rental apartment building by the Island Housing Trust

Funding to support Phase II of the construction of a youth baseball field

To support the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority Rental Conversion Program

To fund the preservation of actual historic documents in the possession of or owned by the Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Society

To continue support for the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority's Rental Conversion program.

To support acquisition of land predevelopment costs and construction for affordable housing for qualified residents
