Purchase of historic preservation restriction on an 1887 house designed by William Ralph Emerson, an early proponent of Colonial Revival architecture known as the "father of shingle style." The property is on Preservation Massachusetts' Most Endangered Historic Resource List for 2014.

Acquire historic preservation restriction on historic home at 787 Boston Post Road

Support for community housing through the establishment of a COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Staff support for creation, preservation, and support of community housing. Includes municipal staff support and participation in a regional housing services office.

Purchase of approximately 13 acres of a 15.54 acre parcel located at 500 Wellesley St., otherwise known as Wellington Farm, which was identified in both the 1996 and 2017 Open Space and Recreation Plans as a priority property for protection.
