Funding for Housing Assistance Corporation, a non-profit organization, to preserve up to seven Yarmouth homes for income eligible homeowners.

To place up to 20 Yarmouth income eligible families into permanent rental properties or to provide back rental assistance for families already living in Yarmouth rental properties.

Rehabilitate the Bocce complex with new shade shelters.

To rehabilitate the Town's 16-acre Flax Pond recreational area. Phase II project includes restrooms in the lodge building, a septic system, pathways, water service extension, free standing cabins, children’s play area, gazebo and picnic area, and changing rooms.
