$1,030,000 will be appropriated from the Open Space Set-Aside Fund to fund the purchase of a Conservation Restriction and long-term monitoring of the 56.85-acre property at 549 Main Street associated with the purchase of the property by the Acton Water District.

This acquisition will improve access and circulation to, from and within Mittineague Park, create new recreational opportunities, while preserving the historic structure, currently a single family residence. Purchase 61 Namequoit Road to be held by Conservation Commission for Conservation purposes. Map 69, Parcel 75-1

Renovation of 1871 wood frame apartment building, known as the Hotel Munroe. Project includes siding removal and restoration or replication of exterior details and windows to recapture the building's original appearance.

Funding for rehabilitation of 22-34 New South St. The project ensures that 18 units of affordability restricted housing downtown that is harmonious with surrounding community will continue to be available. The project also results in the restoration of an important structure in the Downtown National register Historic District.

For preparation of design plans and construction documents for the renovation of Pulaski Park. The project will build upon existing work and public process to rehabilitate the Park.

To acquire a parcel of land for use as open space and affordable housing developed by South Shore Habitat for Humanity. The project including preservation of historic barn and house and conversion to two housing units

Design and construction of a multi-use trail from Leeds to Williamsburg.

For the design and installation of fire protection improvements for the Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. located at 65 Main Street and any other related costs.

Historic Preservation Deed Restriction for 669 Boston Post Road.

Acquisition of land parcel at 67 Crescent St. for Open Space and future passive Open Space Recreation.

The project study will determine costs and methodology to preserve, modernize and attain historic listing of the Grandstand. Funds are for development of plans for historic preservation of the structure, and not for adaptation purposes.

Purchase of 14 acres of land that is the recharge area for the Town's main well. Property description: Lot 1E, Lot 2E, Lot 3E, Lot 4E, and Lot 5E on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Southampton, MA, Surveyed for John & Donna Gwosch," dated December 27, 2018, prepared by Heritage Surveys, Inc., recorded with the Hampshire Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 243, Page 77, containing approximately 14.382 acres of land, provided, however, Lot 2E may be acquired pursuant to the Town's statutory right of first refusal under MA General Laws Chapter 62, Section 8.

The project will work to insure that low and moderate income residents of Northampton are able to sustain and thrive with Northampton's community housing. The program will fund hiring a Resources Manager for three years to work with residents to ensure that they are able to maintain tenancy.
