Stewardship fees of $14,190 were paid to the Land Trust by the CPC.

ATM 05/19 #29 - for the purpose of improvement, expansion, and reconstruction of the School Fields located at 800 Middle Road

Groundwork Somerville rehabilitated and improved 8 schoolyard garden classrooms at Arthur D. Healey School, Benjamin G. Brown School, Dr. Albert F. Argenziano School, East Somerville Community School, John F. Kennedy Elementary School, Next Wave and Full Circle Alternative Schools, West Somerville Neighborhood School, and Winter Hill Community Innovation School.

This affordable housing project on a 4 acre site consists of 2 new buildings with 39 apartment units, a renovated historic schoolhouse now used as commercial space, and a small public park bordering the street.

Create an organic, raised-bed pollinator garden at the Sunderland Elementary School. This educational garden will have native plants, illustrated signage and drip-irrigation watering system to explain the process and importance of each component and species.

For the creation of a multi-use recreation spce (softball/little league diamond, baseball diamond, soccer/lacrosse fields)

Secure and preserve historical barn which has been open to vandalism by blocking windows, door, and replacing post and beam to support floor.

To conduct a study on an historic barn to determine if renovations can be done to maintain its historical character

For the School Street Park - including ballfields, senior citizen areas, a bike path, etc.
