The new revetment will be in the same footprint as the existing wall and will be two feet higher. The stone from the existing wall will be used as filler. There is very little protecting the historical town lighthouse. This project qualifies for CPA funding as it protects a historic resource from harm and destruction |

A 18,000 sq. ft. addition added in 1978 is not considered historical This project will include demo of damaged rooms, removal disposal of lead and installation of sprinkler system. Demolition and removal of lead is complete.The excavating will begin for the sprinkler system installation The excavating will begin 8/21/18 and they should have a better idea once they speak with the gentleman who is installing the sprinkler system. |
