Iron Work Farm in Acton, Inc., a local 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation, received CPA funding in 2019 to preserve, rehabilitate, and restore the historic sashes of seventy-two windows at the Jones Tavern and Faulkner Homestead. The Massachusetts Historical Commission is now encouraging installation of storm windows to preserve and extend the life of historic windows.
