The properties include: Wilson Mill Site, Job Lane House, Old Burying Ground, Shawsheen Cemetery, Old Town Hall, Bedford Depot, Freight House, Union Shool (Town Center), Junior H.S./Center School (Town Hall), Bascon-Fitch Mill Site, Stearns Building, but will be added to by Town Meeting vote. Bd of Selectmen vote to approve specific projects on these properties.

For beginning stages of the restoration of a mill pond, a waterfall, and the ruins of an old mill. A combination open space and historic preservation project.

To hire a grant writer/consultant to work with Bedford Housing Trust.

For restoration of the tie beam in the historic Job Lane house.

Renovation of the historic Old Town Hall building.

Additional appropriation for the Old Town Hall renovation project.

For tennis court construction

For many years, Fawn Lake has been filling in with decaying plant matter. To address this, the Town Meeting voted in March 2003 to appropriate $148,981 as initial funding for a program of hydroraking, spot herbicide application, and other steps. Work has begun on this project.
