For the Falmouth Affordable Housing Committee to conduct a professional engineering evaluation of 419 Woods Hole Road for possible development of affordable housing, with an emphasis on minimizing impact on topography and vegetation and placing a priority on cluster development and the preservation of open space

For the purpose of funding an affordable housing retention program to protect affordable housing units by creating permanent deed restrictions

For the historic rehabilitation of the two and one-half story wood framed Lawrence Academy Building (circa 1834 - listed on the National Register of Historic Places)

For the purpose of professional surveying and cataloguing of historic structures built prior to 1930

For the purpose of constructing recreation field facilities on Sandwich Road

For the purpose of purchasing two park benches for the East Falmouth Fire Station

For the archival restoration of historic Town documents
