Construction for the replacement outdoor pool facility at Rosemary Lake. The former 300' x 70' outdoor pool will be replaced with two smaller pools including 8 lane lap pool with diving board, a recreation pool with zero depth entrance and long lanes for water walkers, and a spray park. The bathhouse will be replaced, and the trail head for the trails that go around the lake will be renovated. Other Town funding will add non-CPA features to the project.

Initial funds are for design schematics for new pool and site improvements

This project will fund the restoration and replacement of three porch roofs and the lining of gutters.

The goal of this project is to preserve and restore the only whaling mansion on its original grounds open to the public in New England. The property is a National Historic Landmark (one of only 2500 in the entire country). A new roof is needed to protect the House and the historic collections housed within. The project will also protect the integrity of the historic Coachman's House with necessary carpentry and gutter repairs.

To see if the Town will vote, pursuant to G.L. c.44B, to appropriate from the Community Preservation Fund Historic Reserve Account, the amount of $6,000 (Six Thousand dollars) to be used to research the Historical documents pertaining to the ownership, use and preservation of Rowley Landing and clam flats as a historical and recreational asset to the Town of Georgetown; and to research and map the position and condition, of the 12 cisterns that were available to the Georgetown public for livestock watering locations during the 19th century, to identify their location by GPS and identify any found intact to be considered as sights of historical significance in the Town of Georgetown. Any funds from this appropriation remaining unspent after a period of 3 years from the date of the approval of this article will be returned to the Community Preservation Historic Reserve fund only after a vote by the Community Preservation Committee determining that it is unlikely the remaining appropriated funds will need to be spent to this effect; or take any other action in relation thereto

Restoration of roof, masonry, rails, doors, windows and entry. The building was built in 1891, ten years after the formation of the congregation. It was designed by John C. Spofford and built of local Roxbury puddingstone in the Gothic style.

The project proposes to purchase Royal Stetson House, a National Historic Register eligible house, stabilize the structure from further deterioration, restore the historic building fabric, upgrade physical facilities, and prepare the National Register nomination. Restoration of the building is to be done with a combination of Federal and State preservation grants, and a preservation lease program. Restored house is to be either sold with preservation restriction, or continue to be leased in a maintenance or preservation lease program, with provisions for periodic historical tours of this historic house.

Founded in 1837, Rural Cemetery is the 5th oldest such cemetery in the United States and is listed on the National Register. It serves as the final resting place for many of New Bedford's citizens from the 1800s to current day. This project funds the restoration of gravestones in the oldest section which were identified as needing the most urgent attention in a 2017 conservation plan.

This project will fund the exterior restoration of this building constructed in 1919 and designed by Nat C. Smith, a prominent local architect. This building is located in Rural Cemetery which is listed on the National Register and is the fifth oldest cemetery in the country

Repairs to roof and steeple. The church was designed by Charles E. McClare in 1888.
