Project Summary: Restoration of a historic landscape mural in the ballroom of the Stevens-Coolidge estate Key Points: The Trustees have been working to improve public engagement and access at the property This restoration would allow them to eventually open the ballroom to public access As a condition, the committee wanted to see: Improved access to the building for school groups (they have recently hired an education coordinator for that purpose) School administration meetings in the space Coordination with the youth center to get access to kids in need to attend the signature events such as winter lights (beyond what has already been happening) These items will be memorialized in the warrant article and grant agreement

To fund the renovation of the roof of the former Still River Baptist Church

Install a diversion pipe in the Outlet of Stockbridge Bowl to improve the flow of water and achieve the 5.5' drawdown.

Preservation of community archives.

Replace roof, fire alarm and exterior lighting.
