This phase completes the restoration of the Grist Mill which dates back to 1645. It improves public access, enhances ADA accessability, landscapes a pocket park, and provides for signage, ground coverings, etc.

This project is for the design of the first phase of the renovation and new addition at the Ellen Stone Building. The design would restore the original floor plan, modified to accommodate future tenants and their specific uses, as outlined in the 2009 Stone Building Historic Structures Report. The project will stabilize a historic structure that has been in a state of disrepair for over a decade, and it will prepare the building for use as a community space and lease to an appropriate tenant.

This project funded an Historic Structures Report which assessed existing conditions of the building and strategic building stabilization work needed to repair the historic building. This project helped meet the long-term goal of restoring the building and making it a functional Town resource.

Restore architectural integrity to large stained glass window in historic Stone Church.

Repair and restore the large leaded glass window facing Church Street at the Christ United Methodist Church, a/k/a the "Stone Church"

The project calls for the construction of a "fish ladder" or a stone ramp to replace the concrete spillway located in the Fuller Brook just above Grove Street. This will facilitate the journey of alewife and other species of fish who journey upstream to the State Street Pond to spawn.
