Appropriate $100,000 to assist 17 households with rental assistance. Participants making less than 80% of median income and who can pay at least 50% of a market rental that meet all Town requirements, and an annual health and safety inspection by the Housing Authority, are certified.

Appropriate $15,000 for the preservation of historic Town Hall permanent records, including those of the Town Clerk and the Board of Assessors.

Appropriate $50,000 to the MV Museum to restore the slate roof and chimneys on the historic 1898 Marine Hospital Building, as part of an Island wide effort to restore the property.

Appropriate $50,000 to the Tisbury Housing Trust for the purpose of rental assistance.

Appropriate $1,000 for the purchase of picnic tables to be located next to the Tashmo Springs Building, at the Tisbury Water Works Department property at 245 West Spring Street.

Appropriate $13,000 for shelving for Town archival records in the Tisbury Town Hall vaults and for expert opinion or consulting services on controlling vault temperatures, including purchase of any devices needed for such purpose.
