Replace church (north) and parish hall (east) roofs. The substantial brick church building was designed by Henry S. McKay in 1888.

Restore windows and improve access to 42 Brattle Street. This Cambridge Landmark was built in 1727 for the Loyalist William Brattle, who served as selectman, lawyer, state representative, and soldier.

Window replacement. This building was constructed in 1924 as the Blessed Sacrament School and adaptively reused for housing in 2010. This grant supports historic preservation of affordable housing stock in Cambridge.

Restore and repair windows. The small, wood-frame house, a Cambridge Landmark, was built in 1808; it's second owner was the blacksmith Dexter Pratt. Pratt, the house, and his smithy were the inspiration for the poem, "The Village Blacksmith," by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.

Remove and replace siding and trim. The house was built in 1863 and moved to 106 Reed in 1871.This grant supports historic preservation of affordable housing stock in Cambridge.

This house, the birthplace and childhood home Margaret Fuller (1810-1850), an American transcendentalist, teacher, author, reporter, and feminist, is now a community service center offering program to children and adults from across the neighborhood.

90 FOOT BASEBALL FIELD CONSTRUCTION PHASE - THIS IS FOLLOW-UP TO THE DESIGN PHASE WHICH WAS APPROVED AT THE OCTOBER 2021 STM.

The Cushing Trail currently exists as an approximately Œ-mile paved asphalt trail between the corner of Cedarwood Rd/Utility Rd and Aberdeen Drive and provides neighborhood access to the Cushing School with a connection to the High School. The trail has been paved for decades and, despite maintenance by the DPW, the trail has deteriorated over the years and needs refurbishing.

The Conservation Commission requested funding to complete the access and picnic area at the 37.7 acre Damon Property, The previous project ran out of funding due to increases in material, labor costs and high public bids. This project will complete the finished paving for the access drive and parking, picnic table, accessible pedestrian walkway, gate, and signage.

The Scituate Arts Association (SAA) requested $89,526 in funding for the restoration of the Bailey Ellis House windows, tower & front door. The House, owned by the Town and leased by the SAA, is an historic resource in Scituate that has been slowly restored and renovated over the years by the Scituate Arts Association through volunteer efforts, grant opportunities, and CPA funding.

Construction of a walking trail on the Middle Street parcel along the restored Monatiquot River. The trail will be fully ADA-compliant and is approximately one-third of a mile in length.

Purchase or acquire two parcels of land located on Orchard Lane for use of conservation land.

To stabilize and rehabilitate the basement of the Jackson Homestead by addressing current water infiltration and humidity issues in order to stabilize and protect the structure and provide a suitable gallery space that preserves the collection and artifacts according to contemporary museum standards. The Phase I funding request will hire a consultant to develop a plan and design options for achieving these goals.
