Restoration and stabilization of the Burgess House Barn which is considered part of the historic structure of the Burgess House, believed to have been built in 1823.

Phase II of restoration of historic structure in Barnstable Village. Work will include restoration of original brick masonry, cast metal trim and resolution of basement water filtration issues.

Restoration and stabilization of historic structure in the Village of West Barnstable. Project is listed as a Massachusetts Cultural Resource and is within the West Barnstable Historic District of the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing structure.

Acquisition of 1.05 acres in land located off Lumbert Mill Road (Harju Road) in Centerville for open space and recreation. Map Parcel  147-079

Professional services to support elements of the town's "Planning to Compete" project including development of a 40R Zoning District, Housing Development Incentive Program Zone and Plan adn Compact Neighborhoods Initiative for dowtown Hyannis. The planning initiatives will foster development of needed market rate and affordable rental units to support downtown Hyannis

To aid in the creation of a recreational playground n a village with no other such facility; to provide an area whre individuals of all ages and physical capabilities an benefit from the multiple outdoor opportunities this playground offers

Creation of community housing by development by the Barnstable Housing Authority in development of twelve (12) affordable housing units

Restoration of historic Barnstable Town Hall based on teh report submitted by the CPC Historic Consultant - consisting of roof, brick, windows, exterior door and other exterior repais and replacements for the preservation and rehabilitation of the building

Creation and support of the purchase of affordable rental units by the Barnstable Housing Authority through the Town of Barnstable's affordable housing inclusionary housing program. $50k is allocated for each unit as well as $4k for closing costs and legal fees for 2 units totalling $108k. Affordable housing restrictions will be held on both units
