For design and engineering services for a new heating/hot water system for Long Pond Plaza elderly/disabled complex

To create a managed 5-year comprehensive master plan for preservation of the Flax and Sandy Pond recreational areas

To acquire a parcel of property with building in West Yarmouth, adjacent to Englewood Beach in Lewis Bay. The land expands the beach area and the building will be used for the Town's outdoor sailing and boating program. Construction of Riverwalk Park, Boardwalk Loop, and Event Space infrastructure at the former Yarmouth Drive-In. An additional $3 million bond authorization was also approved at Town Meeting.
